Registration is now in process for next year's hockey season. You should have received a registration package by email. There are some changes, so please take time to review this information.
2012/13 Player Registration forms are to be completed and returned by
March 31, 2012.
Payment for registration and motocross sign up will be held:
April 16, 2012 - Blyth Arena from 7pm-9pm
April 17, 2012 - Brussels Arena from 7pm-9pm
Payment options are:
1. Full payment upon registration, cash or cheque
OR
2. Post dated cheques as follows:
a) August 1, 2012 - $200
b) September 1, 2012 - 1/2 of division fee
c) October 1, 2012- fundraising opt in or opt out fees
d)November 1, 2012 - remainder of division fee
Late registration fees of $200 will apply after June 1, 2012.
It is essential to know who is playing or considering playing for the 2012-13 season in order for the Executive to arrange teams, coaching staff, and ice for the upcoming season.
