Midget LL - Regular Season Ends

This Midget team has completed their regular season, and are now getting ready for an exciting playoff series.
December 23rd saw the Bulldogs in Drayton, and with an exciting game would see the Bulldogs win 2-1.
January 3rd would see the Bulldogs host Milverton for another end to end action game. Goals for this game coming from Jordan Bakelaar assisted by Ryan Sjaarda and Connor Prescott; Brendan Stretton assisted by Andrew Hess and John Lecomte; John Lecomte from Dana Teed and Steven Ellis; Connor Prescott assisted by Brendan Stretton; and Ryan Sjaarda assisted by John Lecomte. This game would end with the visitors defeating the Bulldogs 6-5.
January 10th the Bulldogs took on Listowel in Brussels. The team made a decision to wear the Brussels shirts for this game. Again the fans would watch an exciting end to end action game with goals coming from Connor Prescott, assisted by Steven Ellis; and Andrew Hess, assisted by Brendan Stretton. This game would end in a 2-2 tie.
January 11th would have the Dogs up against Wingham. This game would see goals coming from Lucas Cooke; Brendan Stretton assisted by Jonathan Atkinson and Cole McLean; Steven Ellis assisted by Connor Prescott; John Lecomte; Brendan Stretton assisted by Jordan Bakelaar and John Lecomte; John Lecomte from Brendan Stretton and Ryan Sholdice. This game would end with the score of Wingham squad 8, Blyth 6.
January 18th Minto rolled into town to take on the Bulldogs and this game would end in a 6-6 tie. Goals coming from Andrew Hess assisted by Brendan Stretton and Steven Ellis; John Lecomte from Cole McLean; Cole McLean assisted by Dana Teed and John Lecomte; unassisted goal by Jordan Bakelaar; Connor Prescott from Cole McLean and Aaron Popp; unassisted goal by Lucas Cooke.
On January 2nd Tiverton came to Blyth. In this game the Dawgs would only score one goal coming from Brendan Stretton assisted by Steven Ellis and Connor Prescott. They would lose this game to a strong Tiverton team 5-1.
January 25th would see Lucknow #2 team take on the Bulldogs. This game would see goals from Dana Teed assisted by Connor Prescott and Brendan Stretton; and an unassisted goal from Brendan Stretton. The final score for this game would be Lucknow 5, Blyth 2.
